Jeremiah 32:27 “I am the Lord, the God of every person on the earth. Nothing is impossible for me.'” 

In the angry and bitter world in which we live today, it would be easy for us to forget that God is still in control. He knows what is happening in the world every second and is not surprised at what we see. He knew before the internet or cable news channels reported it. It is not going to be over until He says it is over. This is what we must always remember, stay in the game and never give up.

Corrie ten Boom made this statement, “When the train goes through a tunnel and the world gets dark, do you jump out? You sit still and trust the engineer to get you through.” We may relate this to the world around us, but it also applies to our daily lives. We all go through tunnels, attacks, and discouragement. What are we to do? We are to pray and stand on God’s Word and promises. Even when we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, nothing is impossible for him. It is not always easy to be still and know that He is God, even though we know it. We cannot do what only God can do, so tell him that nothing is impossible for him and that you are depending on him to bring you to light at the end of any dark tunnel. It’s His world, and we are only passing through this one time.
